Frank Jørgensen is specialized in intellectual property with main focus on all aspects of intellectual property enforcement and litigation, also handling all levels of trade mark prosecution and brand strategy. He manages national/international portfolios and his intellectual property enforcement includes trade mark, design and copyright disputes, advertising and marketing law/unfair competition and domain name disputes.
Frank Jørgensen’s intellectual property knowledge covers the Scandinavian and Baltic region, and he acts as legal coordinator in those areas for international clients. Frank Jørgensen also handles data protection, dispute resolution, practice entertainment law as well as criminal prosecution in relation to intellectual property infringements.

With more than 250 members, covering all areas of industry, including fashion and merchandising, tobacco, electronics, and mobile phones, pharmaceuticals, football, and toys, React has experience in dealing with almost all areas of infringing goods. NJORD represents React in Denmark and Norway.
Frank Jørgensen has a recognized cooperation with the authorities such as customs and police and is also very active in the Danish Anti-counterfeiting Group (Dansk Forening til bekæmpelse af Produktpirateri, DACG), where he is working for the brand owners’ interest in improving the remedies and practical measures available in the fight against piracy.
