Therèse Kemp’s day-to-day work consists in the handling of successions, the drafting of prenuptial agreements, and the drawing up of division of property in cases relating to divorce, as well as cases concerning contact rights, residence and custody. Therèse Kemp is an authorized administrator of estates with the City Court of Lyngby and in this way gets to handle the more difficult divisions of matrimonial property.

Within the area of succession law, Therèse Kemp ordinarily drafts wills, including complex wills with set of beneficiaries in succession. Therèse Kemp also represents heirs in more comprehensive probate cases and regularly administers private and authorized estates, with among other things properties abroad.

Therèse Kemp also has considerable experience in the field of law of torts, including particularly cases relating to personal injury.
