Areas of expertise

Jørgen Lykkegård primarily handles cases about agent and distribution law and various branches of commercial law. Jørgen Lykkegård advises both Danish and foreign companies and trade associations, and Jørgen Lykkegård advises on legal proceedings before the courts and arbitration cases as well as enforcement proceedings and matters concerning the preservation of evidence.

Jørgen Lykkegård has been an external lecturer in intellectual property law and marketing law for five years at Aarhus University. At Aarhus University, Jørgen Lykkegård has also taught contract law and purchase of goods law. In addition, Jørgen Lykkegård has been an acting High Court judge in the Western High Court.
