Kim has also been active on a large number of high-profile investment and securities law matters, utilising his cross-border expertise, including offshore locations.
Kim Høibye advises across the range on institutions subject to financial supervision asset management, financial products and services as well as capital market matters, such as stock exchange listing (IPO’s and APO’s) and private placements as well as providing advice to a large number of financial institutions and investors in connection with structured issues in and outside Denmark.
Kim Høibye’s client base comprises domestic and international clients ranging from entrepreneurs to large international corporations. In addition, as a result of his membership of the boards of directors of a number of investment funds and financial institutions, Kim Høibye has a thorough knowledge of commercial affairs.
