René Lykke Wethelund is a specialist in the purchase and sale of enterprises, including management buy-in and management buy-out, in the raising of capital of unlisted companies, and in generational changes. Further, René has great experience in the handling of such often complicated transactions and processes.

René Lykke Wethelund has comprehensive experience in company structure, including the choice of company form and the restructuring of companies and groups of companies. His experience also comprises owner-managed enterprises, including the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and principal shareholders’ matters.

Further, through many years, René Lykke Wethelund has assisted businesses with tax advice and a number of disputes with the tax authorities.

From 2006-2011, René Lykke Wethelund was an external lecturer in generational changes at the Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences. Through all those years, René Lykke Wethelund has lectured on relevant topics within company law and tax law – especially concerning generational changes and restructuring.
