Bjarke Sanbeck advises Danish and international clients on corporate law, the acquisition and sale of companies and real estate, as well as commercial contracts.
He is an experienced negotiator with extensive experience in complex transactions and, through his role as a board member in a number of companies, has in-depth insight into the strategic and commercial considerations that shape decision-making at management level.
This means that Bjarke advises clients with confidence through significant decisions and develops solutions that support their business and long-term value creation.
Alongside his work at NJORD, he teaches corporate law and Corporate Governance in executive board education programmes and has been appointed as an external examiner for the Danish Bar and Law Society’s legal training programme.
