Elise Eilersen is an attorney in the Construction team, advising primarily contractors, but also developers, throughout all stages of a construction project - from contract negotiations to dispute resolution and, where relevant, the pursuit of claims before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board or the courts.
With prior experience from the Danish Agency for Palaces and Cultural Properties, she has in‑depth knowledge of the public sector as a developer and strong insight into the advisory considerations that apply to public construction projects.
