Elise Eilersen is an attorney in the Infrastructure department, where she advises clients throughout all phases of construction projects: from contract negotiations to dispute resolution and, where necessary, pursuing claims before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board or the courts.
With experience from the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces, she has in-depth knowledge of the public sector as a construction client and of the advisory and contractual matters that arise in public construction projects.
Elise is also part of NJORD’s Defence, Security and Tech practice. She advises companies on access to the Danish defence and security market, including public procurement and contractual matters. With a background from the Danish Ministry of Defence and as a military legal adviser, Elise has a particular understanding of the operational conditions and requirements that characterise this field.
