Frederik Tram is a partner at NJORD’s Aarhus office and an experienced attorney specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Frederik advises on the purchase and sale of companies across industries, both in Denmark and internationally. He assists buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process, from the initial strategic considerations to closing.
In addition, he advises on key corporate and commercial matters, including shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, succession planning, restructurings and complex contracts.
Frederik has previously held management positions and worked as an in-house counsel at one of Denmark’s largest companies. This means he advises with a solid understanding of business, risk and the decision-making framework of management.
