Frederikke has more than 20 years of experience providing legal advice on major Danish and international projects. Her experience includes construction, utilities, renewable energy, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, Power-to-X, as well as technically complex deliveries.
Frederikke combines legal specialisation with strong commercial and project-related insight gained from both private practice and in-house roles in larger companies. She assists clients throughout all phases of a project, from early strategic planning, procurement, and contract negotiation to project execution, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution.
As a certified mediator, Frederikke also has a particular focus on collaborative delivery models and solutions that support progress and efficiency in projects.
