Jakob Bjelbo Thomsen is part of NJORD Law Firm’s Tax & VAT department, where he advises businesses and private individuals on complex tax and duty-related issues, as well as handles complaints and litigation concerning tax and duty matters before the tax authorities, appeals bodies, and the courts. Jakob has extensive knowledge of the use of share-based incentive schemes and their taxation.
