He advises businesses, with a particular specialization in the financial sector, including the energy sector. He has a background as a CxO in the international technology and financial industries - most recently as Chief Legal Officer and bank executive - and possesses strong competencies in strategic leadership at the executive level, working closely with CEOs, executive management teams, boards of directors, and regulatory authorities.
Jonas has first-hand experience with the challenges of running a business across borders. He has played a key role in securing a banking license and scaling a bank from zero customers to more than one million customers across the Nordic region. He also has substantial experience in handling disputes and working with supervisory authorities. This gives him a rare, hands-on understanding of how to navigate complex matters where business, law, and regulatory relationships must align seamlessly.
In addition, he has leadership experience from both large and small organizations, ranging from a few employees to more than 150 staff members.
