Morten Stausholm is part of NJORD’s real estate and construction team. Over the past 20 years, he has primarily advised businesses and private individuals on the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial tenancy law, residential tenancy law, and association law.
In addition, Morten works with insolvency and restructuring. He has served as a trustee in a significant number of bankruptcy estates and has experience handling distressed companies on both the creditor and debtor sides. Morten has also conducted numerous court and arbitration cases. Finally, he advises on general business law matters and challenges.
Morten takes a solution-oriented approach, even in complex or conflict-ridden situations.
