Josef Mohammad is an assistant attorney in NJORD Law Firm's Intellectual Property department, with a particular focus on copyright, design law, patent law, trademark law and marketing law. He advises Danish and international companies on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights and assists with disputes, with particular experience in injunction proceedings. His work also includes strategic advice and case handling, particularly within the music, media, design and entertainment industries.
Josef is an appointed external examiner for law programmes in Denmark and serves as an external examiner at both bachelor's and master's levels.
He also serves as a mentor for the Young FIR Advisory Board's IP moot court competition, which is held in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen and the University of Southern Denmark.
