Josef Mohammad is an assistant attorney in NJORD Law Firm’s department for Intellectual Property, where he has a particular focus on copyright, trademark law, and marketing law. As part of the team, he advises both Danish and international companies on the protection and enforcement of their rights. He also advises on resolving disputes, from strategic guidance to practical case handling, with particular expertise in the music, media, design, and entertainment industries. With his thorough and dedicated approach, he ensures that clients receive tailored advice that protects their interests and strengthens their market position.
Josef is an appointed external examiner with the Danish Corps of External Examiners for Legal Education and serves as an examiner at both bachelor’s and master’s level.
