At NJORD our ambition is to help ensure that everyone has a good working life – not only employees at NJORD, but also those who find it hard to gain a foothold in the Danish labour market. Therefore, every year we hire several trainees and have employees in subsidized jobs for the purpose of offering them permanent employment later. We dare to see opportunities in new employees whose profile may not fit completely. For instance, after a successful internship and a period with subsidized wage, we employed a Latvian jurist who previously worked as a judge in Riga and now helps to service our Russian clients.
