NJORD Estonia advised AXIOMA LT UAB in acquisition of Aktsiaselts REMEKSI KESKUS

Aktsiaselts REMEKSI KESKUS was established in 1994 on the basis of a fertilizer plant. The company has a long experience in the manufacturing of metal structures and products for chemical, pulp and mining sectors. Aktsiaselts REMEKSI KESKUS major projects include Petroter factories ordered by VKG Group, flow line and equipment ordered by Stora Enso and Bensoflex production factory ordered by Velsicol Chemical Corporation.

AXIOMA LT UAB, which is part of the Axis Industries Group, is engaged in the production and installation of a selection of metal products for industrial and energy sectors. Axis Industries AB and Axis Technologies AB turnover in 2015 was 22.5 MEUR. Axis Industries UAB already operates in Estonia building the second VƤo heat and electricity co-generation station for Utilitas.

Axis Industries Group belongs to ICOR Group, which comprises of approximately 140 companies operating globally in four main areas: utilities, industry and energy, real estate, and oil products.
