NJORD EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

At NJORD, leadership is closely linked to professionalism, accountability, and a clear understanding of both our clients' and employees' needs. Our 22 equity partners, who collectively own NJORD, work closely with our Board of Directors and Executive Management to develop NJORD as a strong, specialised, and internationally oriented law firm.

The Board of Directors sets the overall strategic direction and ensures a solid foundation for our continued development. Executive Management turns strategy into action and is responsible for the firm's day-to-day operations, organisational management, and business development.
