NJORD Latvia successfully represented a client in real estate court case

NJORD successfully represented AVESTS SIA in the civil case over recognition of the title on the manufacturing/warehouse building situated on the land plot owned by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia.

Despite of the objections from the Ministry of Finance the court ruled in favor of our client and recognized that title on the building belongs to AVESTS SIA. The judgment of Riga District Court rendered in favor of our client was not appealed and entered into force.

The client is represented by senior associate Anna Kosinska supported by partner Dmitri Kolesnikov.
