NJORD Law Firm Estonia in co-operation with Applex Attorneys (Finland) represented AQ Group AB in the acquisition of Mecanova Oy

The purchaser AQ Group (listed on Nasdaq Stockholm) is a global manufacturer of components and systems for industrial customers with high demands. Mecanova Oy, together with its Estonian subsidiary Mecanova OÜ, is a supplier of sheet metal and copper components for demanding industrial customers. Mecanova Group has net sales of about EUR 17 million and employs about 160 people.

Responsible partners involved in the transaction were Karolina Ullman and Anne Veerpalu from NJORD Law Firm and Jukka Tanhuanpää from Applex Attorneys.
