Sabine Glatz offers advice to companies within the areas commercial and company law, particularly foreign companies wanting to set up a business or company in Denmark. She assists companies in registering with Danish authorities (e.g. RUT, CVR, and SKAT) and counsels clients on topics regarding safety at work and cross-border social security.
Sabine Glatz also advices on contract law and drafts and renders legal examination of general business terms and conditions or employment contracts.
Due to her education at the Law School in Vienna as well as her studies at the University of Copenhagen Sabine Glatz has acquired an international background, which is a special asset when advising Danish and foreign clients on legal cross-border questions.
