Sabine Glatz Taulov offers advice to companies on construction law as well as employment and labour law. She has extensive experience in the field of employment law, particularly concerning international employment contracts between parties from different countries, posting of staff to another country, revision and termination of employment contracts as well as negotiation of adoption agreements with trade unions.
Within the area of construction law, Sabine mainly advises German and Austrian companies on issues concerning the implementation of construction projects in Denmark, including questions about delay, declaration concerning additional services or processing of defects.
Co-author of the manual “Bauen in Dänemark” that provides building contractors and tradesmen from German speaking countries with a complete overview over typical questions and answers in the field of construction works in Denmark.
