  • assistance in connection with business transfers, including M&A processes,
  • restructurings and succession planning,
  • general legal assistance to attorneys and junior associates in their day-to-day advisory work, and
  • ad hoc tasks where you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and develop professionally.

We imagine that you:

  • have completed the 3rd semester of your bachelor’s degree in law and have at least one and a half years left of your studies,
  • have an interest in company law, M&A and private law subjects,
  • work in a structured, thorough and independent manner,
  • communicate clearly and precisely in both Danish and English, and
  • thrive with responsibility, collaboration and a desire to learn.

We would like you to be curious, committed and ambitious, and that you want to contribute to both the professional and social community.
